Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Il Ricciolo Ceramics, a customer (buyer), herein referred to as "I," agrees to the following sales terms and conditions:

1. I have read and understood the policies at riccioloceramics.com
2. I agree to pay Il Ricciolo Ceramics in full amount for my order including shipping, handling and tax if applicable. Otherwise, the items I purchase remain as the property of Il Ricciolo Ceramics. I am responsible for any legal expense toward collecting debts.
3. Payment must be received by Il Ricciolo Ceramics prior to acceptance of an order. Orders are not binding upon Il Ricciolo Ceramics until accepted by Il Ricciolo Ceramics.
4. Shipping and labor charges are not refundable. Restocking fees may be applicable to certain items.
5. Il Ricciolo Ceramics does not guarantee that products sold are defect free as hand-made products may at times present small manufacturing imperfections.
6. Il Ricciolo Ceramics is not responsible for any damage or loss of time, profit or money as a result of using products purchased from Il Riccolo Ceramics.
7. Il Ricciolo Ceramics is not responsible for any shipping company's error during transit or the resulting damage or loss of value, time, profit or money.
8. I will not intentionally cause any damage to Il Ricciolo Ceramics, physically, financially or in reputation.
